TCS Easy is a mobile time card application built to decrease expenses associated with payroll processing. It is built for industries that require off-site workers to log their hours, expense them to various locations or job functions, and have them quickly approved by supervisors within an easy-to-use application. All time cards and reports are customized for each business according to what is easiest for employees, supervisors, and HR departments. Time cards are uploaded in real time allowing supervisors to communicate quickly and resolve any discrepancies in logged hours, expense codes, etc. When timecards are due, supervisors can send texts to employees using a quick reminder button within the app. Viewing and editing permissions can be given to other team-members within your business according to the organizations needs.
